What shipped.

Merged notes from three apps into one place and deleted roughly forty percent of them — they were either pasted source text or half-sentences I had never finished thinking.

What remained clustered by theme. Those clusters were not a taxonomy I designed. They surfaced on their own once everything sat together.

What I let go.

I abandoned the goal of capturing everything worth capturing. It sounds responsible. In practice it made every note equally cheap.

The bar now is harsher: if I cannot picture a future moment when I would read it again, I do not write it.

Next month.

Turn one cluster into something publishable, and find out whether this structure can actually produce anything.
